Booking & Reservation:

1- Upon receipt your requirement, HanoiTESC will check and inform you the availability and price for the certain service. No service can be confirmed until HanoiTESC receives your written confirmation by email or fax, along with your deposit or payment information.

2- All our service suppliers require warranty. That is the reason why you have to pay minimum 20% of the land price for tours service (US$ 50 of which is non-refundable) and the deposit must be done at least 30 days before departure of the tour. For other services like visa, hotel or tickets reservation, the deposit (vary in each booking) should be paid as early as possible to secure the best availability. At this stage, you may choose to pay the full price rather than a deposit, thereby avoiding a second transfer fee. 

3- Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a voucher via fax or email to confirm and ensure that you are in the best care of our services.

4- Final payment of the service cost must be done 15 days before departure of the tour (except have having special arrangement that pay upon your arrival in Vietnam). otherwise we may automatically consider the service be cancelled by the client.

 

Responsibility
We always do our best to supply perfect services for all customers. . It's the understanding of the concerned parties that HanoiTESC acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to it's clients. We will in no event be liable to the clients, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise. However, in the case of force majures beyond our control, for example any loss, damage, injury, illness, weather, accident, delay, changes in schedule, changes in means of transport, hotel overbooking, or other inconveniences caused directly or indirectly due to any events, we will make the efforts to find satisfactory alternatives and minimize inconvenience, but shall not be liable for any losses incurred. If such alterations involve additional cost, this must be borne by you.

In the event we cancel a trip, for any reason, we will contact you immediately and offer you the alternatives or all money for services described in the reserved itinerary will be refunded in full. Such alternatives require a close cooperation and harmony between customers and HanoiTESC. we are happy to listen and do all our best to give you the fairest things possible.

 

Deposit and Payment
Payment can be made in cash, Telegram transfer, by credit card or combination. Except for cash payment, all bank service charge of the transfer must be paid by the client. Here are some methods of payment.

We accept almost all kind of Credit Cards but Banks' procedure for card payment in Vietnam is very complicated so payment with Xoom, Western Union and MoneyGram are good choices in most of the cases.

Cancellation:

Except for tour service (since arranging a tour involves many activities), in any case of cancellation, service charge (or processing charge) will not be applied as we are committed to provide best services and sufficiency to clients. Cancellation should be made as soon as possible in writing via email, fax. The date on which the cancellation notice is received by us will determine the applicable cancellation fee.

Tours cancelation charges

-          Cancel 45 days prior to arrival - No charge

-          Cancel 44 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 10% charge of full tour cost.

-          Cancel 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival 20% charge of full tour cost.

-          Cancel 14 days to 8 days prior to arrival 30% charge of full tour cost.

-          Cancel 07 days to 48 hours prior to arrival - 50% charge of full tour cost.

-          Cancel less than 48 hours or no show - 100% charge of full tour cost.

Services charges

Since Its depends on the different cancellation policies of suppliers (hotels, carriers and other contractors) and the nature of each booking is different so we can not apply a fixed policy for all. Please ask us for detail Cancellation and Refund Policy in your particular case before using our services.

 

Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost. We would like to suggest you to have fully insurance before your arrival in Vietnam. However on customer request, we can arrange this service in Vietnam and count the cost in your tour pakage. The normal cost is US$ 1.5 per day.

 

Entry requirements

It is the responsibility of each tour participant to obtain, comply and carry a valid passport, visa(s). Please make sure that your passport is valid from the day you arrive in Vietnam.

 

Privacy policy

Personal information about you such as name, address, phone number, or email address is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of any personally identifiable information you provide us.  Your personal information will not be released unless the law permits it or your permission is granted.

Claims
All dispute, claims and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding. If fail, the disputes, claims or litigation shall be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing 30 days after the end of the Services.
